Our Story
Stuart Energy was founded on decades of industry experience and a passion for engineering excellence. At the heart of the business is our Chairman, Dr Fred Stuart, widely recognised as one of the pioneers of power generation. Beginning his career as an apprentice electronics engineer, his work took him across Africa, including Zambia, Malawi, Tanzania, South Africa and Nigeria, building deep technical knowledge and global experience.
Today, that legacy continues and the business is led by the next generation of the Stuart family, combining technical expertise, commercial insight and a strong focus on people, partnerships and growth.
Together, they have built Stuart Energy into a modern, forward-thinking business, while staying true to the family values it was founded on.
